# Buying and renewing

Answers the question: How do you buy a license, and what happens when it runs out?

## Plans

The Licenses section shows the available plans and all your keys: the one in force, the expired ones and the requests in progress.

Prices are set for your account. Individual terms are arranged through support.

## The order

1. Pick a plan, enter the number of devices and press "Buy" or "Renew".
2. On the summary page check the term and the total.
3. Press "Request payment".
4. Write to the manager on Telegram and name the license identifier – both are shown on the request page.
5. Once paid, the license appears in the cabinet.

When renewing with the same or fewer devices, the remainder of the current license is added to the new term. With more devices the term starts afresh.

## The key

On an On-Premise account the key is shown in the cabinet in full. Next to it are the number of devices and the term.

The key stays in the list: if the Wyrd server was reinstalled, you can take it from here again.

## Arriving from the console

The "Buy or renew" button on the License page of the console opens the cabinet with your identifier already filled in.
