Buying and renewing

Answers the question How do you buy a license, and what happens when it runs out?

Plans

The Licenses section shows the available plans and all your keys: the one in force, the expired ones and the requests in progress.

Prices are set for your account. Individual terms are arranged through support.

The order

1. Pick a plan and press "Buy" or "Renew".
2. On the summary page check the device count, the term and the total.
3. Press "Request payment". The request goes to a manager.
4. Once paid, the key is issued and appears in the portal.

On renewal the remainder of the current license is added to the new term.

The key

The key is shown in full, next to who it is issued to, how many devices it allows and until when.

The key stays in the list: if the console was reinstalled, you can take it from here again.

The reminder

Thirty days before the end your server's console shows a warning and links to the portal with your identifier already filled in.
